Practical answers about capture, production and using a spatial property presentation.
It is an interactive spatial presentation that lets guests look around and move between scenes. We determine the number of positions from the layout, key views and guest journey; a smaller property generally needs fewer, while multiple units or shared spaces require more.
We first review the property, objectives and intended scope. We then define the production plan, room preparation and capture date. Post-production depends on the number of scenes, interactive elements and any additional photography, video or drone content, and is defined in the individual proposal.
Yes. Tours are prepared for desktop and mobile, can be VR-ready and can normally be embedded into an existing website. You do not need a new website; we review the technical options of the current platform before production.
AUROVIAQ works across Slovenia and Croatia and, by agreement, elsewhere in Europe. Travel, permissions and logistics are always stated clearly in the project scope.
Packages are a starting point. Final pricing depends on property size and unit count, the number of 360° positions, location, capture complexity, interactive elements and additional services.
Yes, where the location, permissions and production objective allow them. Drone capture and spatial or ambient audio can be included in a package or an individual proposal.
Yes. We create one production plan for multiple units or properties. When they share a location, capture can often be organised more efficiently and the proposal adjusted accordingly.
AUROVIAQ operates exclusively on the basis of pro forma invoices. The production date is confirmed after payment according to the issued pro forma invoice.
